Why do people stop working out?
According to my research there are four major reasons why people stop working on their fitness goals.
  1. Not Enough Time
  2. No Accountability
  3. Unrealistic Expectations
  4. Unenjoyable Workout

The project should address these four issues and help people become goal oriented toward becoming fit. 

What Motivates people to work out?
Healthy competition motivates people in an online social network to exercise more than friendly support, according to a new study from the Annenberg School for Communication at the University of Pennsylvania

What is friendly competition?
This article lists out many different principles and activities that people do to keep themselves motivated when it comes to fitness work outs. In almost every activity it involves a group of people.

  1. Challenges doing challenges with the people that you work out with.
  2. Duels dueling someone specific that would be a challenge and would be a push for you.
  3. Team Battles pretty self explanatory, if you have enough work out buddies split off into two groups and set up a challenge for each other.  
  4. Competitions
  5. Incentives for Fitness Challenges and Competition

  • Famus Yoga destinations to do Yogo
  • Study with monks and learn Kung Fu

  • Run the Original Marathon in Greece
  • Hike the Inka Trail of Machu Picchu in Peru
